Sunday Edition: A Conversation about discovery, risk, and what's next, with Joan Paul
.... featuring Joan Paul and the "Her Next Act" podcast, in which we explore big themes in this life journey. Enjoy!
Dear ones,
On this Sunday after Thanksgiving, I’m feeling deep gratitude—gratitude for the richness of relationships, experiences, and connections, gratitude for the beauty, hope, and light that prevail even in challenging circumstances, and extraordinary gratitude for the ways we share our stories to connect, learn, and grow.
Please know that I give thanks for each of you!

Today I’m sharing a conversation with my friend Joan Paul. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

You know how sometimes the Universe conspires to bring the right people at the right time? That’s what happened last spring when Joan hosted a retreat in Beaufort for an extraordinary group of women from New England.
Joan is a life and business coach, and when she says she’s “passionate about emboldening women in their 50’s, 60’s and beyond to get off the sidelines of their lives and step in fully” she means it! Her energy is contagious and full of support and encouragement.
You can learn more about her work here: Her Next Act
When Joan decided to launch her podcast she asked me if we could have a conversation. She describes it as “a podcast for women in their 50s, 60s and beyond wanting to be inspired to create a more expansive and fulfilling life. The show features conversations with women who are navigating this sometimes puzzling phase and are in the midst of their ‘next act.’ You're not too old and it's not too late!”

Now, what’s your “Next Act”?
I am honored and privileged to be Joan’s podcast producer for so many reasons. One important one is the opportunity to be a small part of these beautiful and inspiring conversations. Thank you Rebecca for sharing your story and Robert Smalls. Your work is so heart warming. Thank you!!!
